Ok, we did it! We finally made it to the baby photo kiosk in the middle of the night when there was no line, in clothes that actually fit!

Give him an extra big hug from me for being a good sport and getting his picture taken in the middle of the night (he was probably going to be up anyway, but it's the principle of the thing).

Oh my, he's adorable! I love the first shot, how he looks all puckered up ready to give kisses. :) Brand new baby, and he already has his own good looks! You guys done good...again! I'm so happy for you, Nikki! Please let me know when you feel up for taking Zayd to a late night movie, or maybe if you want me to come over to do some preschool activities with your little ones while you get some rest, or when everything settles down and you are ready for company, or if you need anything!
Wow, he is so precious! I can't wait to meet him.
Oh, Nikki! I'm so delighted for you. Zayd is a beautiful baby. I am praying for you. I had two c-sections and I know what you're going through. Enjoy those sweet baby moments and you'll be back to yourself in no time. Please e-mail more pics and info when you can!!!

Sooooo, you've got a new baby, you're recovering from surgery, there are two preschoolers and a schoolboy to keep track of, plus visiting in-laws in the house, and you think that gives you license to not post new-baby-at-home pictures?
Sigh.
Love you anyway. Hoping for a New Year's letter, though.
